Walk/Run Group

Having a hard time finding the motivation to change into work out clothes and getting out to walk, jog or run? If so, this is the group for you. Regardless of fitness level, amount of stress or fatigue that you have, this group is sure to motivate you to BE YOUR BEST!!! Only way to do it wrong is to NOT SHOW UP!!!
